Unable to execute APP in BI platform

Hi Experts,

I had built APP and published in BI platform on Designstudio 1.3.when I tried to execute the APP in BI platform the URL is pointing as http://******* and not working .I worked fine with Designstudio 1.2.Does any one is facing this issue.Do i need to change any server level changes for this issue.Please refer the screenshot for the issue.
