Conditional formatting from BEx Exceptions (Rows)

Hello,

I was able to apply exceptions which were designed in BEx Query Designer in a  Design Studio 1.3. crosstab.

But actually I'm facing an unexpected view. The characteristics in each row are in colored cells, too. When I execute the BEx Query in the good old BEx query analyzer the characteristics aren't highlighted.

My question is: How can I avoid the highlighting of the charateristics on the left side (cost element) to gain a view as it can be seen in the first screenshot? Do I have to build some own css code?
