Using the X???? URL parameters with the Adhoc Analysis Template

Hi All

I'm having an issue using the URL parameters in the AdHoc Analysis Template, when using a SAP BW query as datasource having mandatory variables.

The issue is that when executing the application in netweaver, variable prompt pops up instantly for the non filled mandatory variable, but misses part of the start up script that handles the check for URL parameters.

Especially the XTYPE and XQUERY which handles page title and bookmark visibility.

Does anyone know how to handle this?

Are there ways to control when the variable prompt should show, besides using the "APPLICATION.openPromptDialog(600,600);"?
