Optional variable but there is a prompt forced

Hi all,

I create a restricted key figure with a variable( year-week) in my query. I noticed that the detail of the variable is optional but when I added the datasource a prompt dialog showed up and it prompted me to specify a value of the variable.

I wonder the reasons why the prompt dialog showed up.
