DS SDK 1.4 - where from

dear all

this is my first attempt at Design Studio SDK, and seem to fall over at the first step.

i am simply trying to find out how to download and install.

i cannot even find a link on the SMP.

so, any pointers would be great,

is it an install, eclipse plug-in, extension, or what.
