Problem with report's URL

Hi All,

I have some problems with Design Studio when I try to send a report to an Ipad.

More precisely:

I'm using Design Studio connected to BI platform; after that the QR code is generated, I  try to scan it whit an Ipad but it doesn't wotk.

I've also tried to copy the url but this is the result:

http://*******/

Do you have any ideas?
