read content.biapp file from tabe RSAOOBJ with ABAP

Hi,

does anybody know how I can read the file content.biapp from table RSAOOBJ? This Design Studio Definition File is stored in the field CONTENT as a binary object. I need to loop through all Design Studio Files and read all properties that are stored in this file.
