Hi Experts,
I am developing a dashboard which can possibly have more than 1 user using it at the same time. My dashboard has a crosstab containing certain customers and related data. Users will click on a row and then click on a button upon which a link is called and the dashboard is refreshed. This link hits the ECC and updates it with the customer number that was selected by the user.
Now lets say we have user A and user B logged in at the same time. They are reviewing customers 1 to 100. Let us assume user A has selected customer 5 and clicked on the button. The link is going to hit ECC and update his selection over there. His dashboard is going to get refreshed. Now i need to communicate to user B that customer 5 has already been actioned upon and possibly remove customer 5 from his crosstab in real time or near to real time.
Note:
1. Dashboard gets its data from BW through Bex queries
2. BW gets loaded from ECC every 1 hour
I could not really find any SCN threads which discuss this topic. Thank you in advance.
