Add basic component to Container Component using script

Hi Fellows,

Is there a way to add a basic component say Radio Button Group or a Text component into a Panel (Container Component) using script?  I see that we can align the position of the basic component but no where I see how it can be added. Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
