Store data entered into a DS text component

Hi experts,

I'm new to Design Studio and I wonder how to persistently save a comment that was inserted into the last column of a DS table component.

Is it necessary/possible to store the text lines into a SAP table or a csv file on the application server or sth. else?

I found several data sources and extensions that allow the user to combine queries and other sources to fetch

the data from BW system. I need to find a way to send data to BW system or save it inside the application. How to achieve this?

Karol released an extension which allows to save text, which maybe is close to what I'm planning to do.

I'm not able to install this extension (.biapp) to Design Studio 1.5 and cannot find the source code which contains the contribution.xml to open it in Eclipse.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
