Checkbox Group horizontal and Items Alignment

Hello People,

I have some problem with my checkbox group.
I use this CSS : Checkbox group horizontal?? to set my checkbox group horizontal. It works fine.

But in my case, i have 3 columns and 2 lines, and i would like to see my item of the same column aligned.

In my case, it depends of the lenght of the first element, and if the lenght is not the same, all is shifted.

I tried to find inspiration in this : Customize Checkbox with CSS in SAP BO Design Studio or this : object Text  - in css vertical-align:middle; does not work but except for horizontal positionning, i'm not able to impact my checkbox group.
