Hi,
Few Users have started reporting error (Error Message attached) when they try to Export to Excel.
However When an administrator or a super user tries to try to export the same, there is no problem with the exporting.
Some points to be noted:
1. User are viewing the dashboards through Enterprise Portal
2. Microsoft Office version 2010 for all platforms.
3. Design Studio Version is 1.2 (Attached screen with details)
