Create a new backend connection

Hi.

I'm trying to insert a datasource to a dashboard connected to BI Plataform, but I'm not finding the button to create a new backend connection.

I'm using the path Tools > Preferences > Application Design > Backend Connections. I'm expecting to see a button in the upper corner of BW box, but all I see is as follow:

We are using Design Studio version 1.6 and BW system version 7.4 SP 11.
