Creating Bullet Chart based on Scorecard graph

Hello Gurus,

I have created a bullet chart with condition formatting by refering to the following link:

EDI is showing the Benchmark value 318. Values can not ne shown for FAX, OTHERS, PHONE.

Which settings should i applied to get those values displayed as well?

Wile applying conditional formating is chnaging the whole graph into green.

In the section Actual color, i am not able to selct "conditional format for result"

How can i apply another color to change the color of the graph for e.g Amount = Yellow and Quality = blue.

I would also want to show axis values which should be changing dynamically according to the values.
