I have just faced once of main current DS constraints: no BIAL methods to set filters on measures (unfortunately setFilter only works for dimensions......). It sounds me quite strange that there was no way to apply filter criterias on measures at data source level but DS limits are always a bit obscure to me 
Obvioulsy there is always some workarounds. The most obvious one (at least to me) would be to move the filter criteria to a prompt in the query that generates the data source and use setVariable method to fill it but this prevents me to obtain a good user experience (query requires be refreshed each time value is modified)
Question is: has some one been able to fix this tricky point using any other smart approach? Some existing SDK extension may be?
