Conditional Formatting issue in Design Studio

Hi All,

I have requirement to do conditional formatting on Both Background and Values on Cross tab.

I have created OLAP report for conditional format,here I have applied conditional format on KPI for Background and Values also.

Where as same OLAP Report is exposed to Design Studio and Conditional Formatting set to "TRUE".

but design studio conditional formatting displayed only for background .. but values(text) are not getting
