Constant line in waterfall chart

HI Experts,

I Have Requirement in waterfall chart to show constant line as below(Current forecast (or Plan if January) OVC in each month; upcoming months (e.g. here: May-Dec) get a constant line with the latest current forecast value -> line jumps at each current forecast update month (02, 05, 09))

is this possible?
