Fiscal Year Period in Prompt throwing error

Hi Experts,

BO design studio report is based on a Bex query where we have a variable for Fiscal Year Period.

Upon running BO design studio report, in the prompt screen I enter as '001.2014' in Development server. But in Production, system accepts only if I enter as 2014.001 but not 001.2014 ? Where is this setting controlled ?

Besides, few users are getting error as "Enter value for Variable Fiscal Year/Period" however they enter the Fiscal Year Period ie. 001.2014 or 2014.001

Is any setting missed in the system here ? Only few users are facing this issue in Production.
