DS 1.3 stringToFloatUsingLocale Error

Anyone else having issues using stringToFloatUsingLocale function in 1.3?

I get the error below while running the app from BI Platform, Designer validates the syntax fine and local mode works too. This is an existing Application designed in 1.2 which was functional before the add-on upgrade to 1.3.

Same error occurs with stringToFloat and stringToInt.
