Container with Slider Feature

Hello everybody,

I need to use a container component which will automatically create a simple slider, if the included objects overcome the size of the container. (Like panel container in Xcelsius.)   But when i try to use current components (tabstrip, panel container), i can't scroll to see truncated parts.  Panel container acts like grid layout,  and the tabstrip cuts the oversized parts and i can't scroll it.  Am i missing something? Thanks
