CSS not being applied correctly

Hello,

I'm using Design Studio v1.1 & the same runtime version on the platform with BO 4.0 SP6 Patch 5.

I've created a custom stylesheet however this is not being correctly applied to the applications unless the users have "administrator" access in the BI platform.

The folder structure on the server looks like this:

-root

     -myFolder A

          -myApplication1

          -myApplication2

     -myFolder B

          -myApplication3

     -myImages

          -myLogo.png

     -myStylesheets

          -myStylesheet.css

The stylesheet and imges are not applied unless I add the user to the administrator group.

I've tried setting the security levels on all the folders to 'Full Control' but this doesn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is this possibly a Tomcat issue? (I have tried re-starting).
