Design Studio Dimension Filter on BPC (Custom) namespace

Hello

    Does SAP Design Studio support dimension filter built on query using an BPC info-provider or any info-provider built on custom name space ? (BPC Info-provider starts with /CPMB/*)  When I try to do this, the dimension filter does not return any value and keeps spinning in the browser.

If I load the data into a cross table it works fine, It's the dimension filter and the filter panel that is not working. Any input or any work around?
